Other Ventures. The Member, the Managing Member and any affiliate of the Member or the Managing Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unrelated to the LLC) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The LLC shall not have any rights in or to such independent ventures or the income or profits derived therefrom by virtue of this Agreement.
