Common use of Our Authorization to Debit or Credit Your Account Clause in Contracts

Our Authorization to Debit or Credit Your Account. Each time your Card is properly used, you authorize us to debit or credit your Account, as appropriate, for the total amount of all deposits, withdrawals, purchases and transfers initiated through use of your Card. We are permitted to handle such deposits, withdrawals, purchases and transfers in the same way we handle authorized checks or other Items drawn on your Account. Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, you agree that you are liable for all Card transactions initiated with a correct PIN or a signature that reasonably resembles the signature of the Cardholder appearing on the Card.
