Our Receipt of Checks and Other Items. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to reject any item you transmit through Mobile Check Deposit without any liability to you. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or that are dropped during transmission. An image of any item shall be deemed received when you receive confirmation from us that we have received it. Receipt of such confirmation does not necessarily mean, however, that the transmission was free of errors, complete, or will be considered a deposit and credited to your account. We further reserve the right, at any time, to charge back to your account any item that we subsequently determine was not an eligible item or any item that is returned by the paying financial institution for any reason. You agree that we are not liable for any loss, costs, or fees you may incur as a result of our chargeback of an item.
