Common use of Our Right to Refuse Deposits Clause in Contracts

Our Right to Refuse Deposits. We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept funds for deposit to your Account for any reason. We will, to the extent practical, try to facilitate your transaction by the best means available, including sending the item for collection or forwarding the item to the appropriate processing area. Your Account will not be credited until collection or processing is completed.

Our Right to Refuse Deposits. We mayhave the right to refuse a deposit or any Item included with the deposit. We may review a deposit and determine the need to send the Item for collection, at our discretionif we deem necessary. If so, refuse to accept funds for we will change the deposit to amount and remove the amount from your Available Balance on your Account for any reasonuntil we receive the funds from the paying institution. We willare not liable to you for refusing a deposit, even if it causes us to the extent practical, try to facilitate your transaction by the best means available, including sending the item for collection or forwarding the item to the appropriate processing area. Your Account will not be credited until collection or processing is completeddecline any transactions you have already made.
