Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the The School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you 15.1.1 You do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen 14 (14fourteen) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 15.1.2 Your child is permanently excluded from the School under Clause 7.1.; 15.1.3 You are required to remove your child from the School, including circumstances where you (as opposed to your child) act in such a way as to give the Headmaster cause to remove your child from the School under Clause 7.4.1 of this contract; 15.1.4 You (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission omission, delay or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not not, or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you 15.1.5 You fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you 15.1.6 You fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/identity or residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.184.21. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visavisa or other evidence of the right to study; 14.1.5 15.1.7 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or; 14.1.6 15.1.8 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the HeadHeadmaster's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen twenty-one (1421) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or enter and study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us at any time with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required require under Clause 4.184.16; or we are not satisfied with the information you have provided (if any). Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 14.1.4 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on timewhen they fall due for payment; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 14.1.5 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire Medical Information form in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]Data Collection and Contact Information form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa4.16; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental extra charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, i.e. you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire Medical Information and Consent Form in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]nominate an Emergency Contact; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa4.16; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the The School may end this contract at any time by giving notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid paid, to you, if: 14.1.1 (i) you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 (ii) your child is permanently excluded from the School; (iii) you are required to remove your child from the School, including circumstances where you (as opposed to your child) act in such a way as to give the Head cause to require you to remove your child from the School under Clause 8(c)(i) of this contract; (iv) you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) fail to disclose information about your child’s health, learning support requirements or any relevant issues at your child’s previous school or withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergiesnot); 14.1.3 (v) you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 (vi) you (or either of you): ): (aaa) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire Medical Information form in respect of your child [and/or your child fails you fail or refuse to attend the School’s medical examination] complete and submit a Data Collection and Contact Information form and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.184.16. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 ; you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental extra charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 14.1.5 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, i.e. you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract Contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract Contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees Fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you are and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact youyou are/your child is not not, or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider require under Clause 4.6 to be satisfactory as verify to our satisfaction: your identity/residence, ; your child’s identity, ; your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or ; the legitimate source of funds you are using to pay the feesFees; or that you are not subject to any sanctions; or, as required under Clause 4.18if in light of the information you do provide (if any), we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) that it properly and accurately verifies any of the foregoing. Instead of ending this contractContract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due due, and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or enter and study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us at any time with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required require under Clause 4.184.16; or we are not satisfied with the information you have provided (if any). Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, . 14.1.4 your child may not be permitted no longer holds an immigration status which confers a right to attend school unless and until they have a valid visastudy in the UK; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental extra charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on timewhen they fall due for payment; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, i.e. you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, you without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, you if: 14.1.1 14.1.1. you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 14.1.2. you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or child, that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergiesare not); 14.1.3 14.1.3. you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] examination and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 14.1.4. you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.184.16, or we have significant concerns based on this information that the reputation of the School may be brought into disrepute. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 14.1.5. if you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our reasonable request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) are the subject of legal sanctions or we have reasons to suspect the legitimacy of the funds received from you; (f) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 14.1.6. you otherwise do not comply with (ie, i.e. you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's ’s reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.184.16. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Our rights to end the contract. In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the The School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 (i) you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 (ii) your child is expelled from the School; (iii) you are required to remove your child from the School, including circumstances where you (as opposed to your child) act in such a way as to give the Head cause to require you to remove your child from the School under Clause 7(c)(i); (iv) you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergiesnot); 14.1.3 (v) you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 (vi) you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 (vii) you otherwise do not comply with (iethat is, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required require under Clause 4.184.16; or we are not satisfied with the information you have provided (if any). Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 14.1.4 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 14.1.5 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, i.e. you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire form in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so];form, 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa4.17; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]child; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa4.16; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) order or you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal the School’s right to terminate under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit a parental absence form [and/or you fail or refuse to inform the School of a suitable educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]form; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required under Clause 4.18. Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa4.16; 14.1.5 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on time; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (dc) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (ed) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.

In addition to where this contract is terminated automatically as a result of an exclusion or required removal under Clause 7, the School may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to you, without any obligation to return any deposit or fees paid to you, if: 14.1.1 you do not make a payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that such payment is due; 14.1.2 you (or either of you) make a serious misrepresentation of facts or circumstances to us, or you (or either of you) withhold important information from us, about you and/or your child or that is relevant to the provision of education by the School to your child (such as misrepresenting at any point in time (and whether by act, omission or withholding of information on your part) that you and/or your child is legally entitled to enter, reside and/or enter and study in the United Kingdom when in fact you/your child is not or any information about your child’s health, medical condition, special educational needs, disability or allergies); 14.1.3 you fail or refuse to complete and submit to the School a medical questionnaire in respect of your child [and/or your child fails to attend the School’s medical examination] examination where requested by the School and/or you fail or refuse to complete and submit appoint a parental absence form [and/or you fail ‘responsible adult’ or refuse to inform the School of a suitable ‘educational guardian in accordance with Clause 9.8 if required to do so]9.10; 14.1.4 you fail or refuse to provide us at any time with information we consider to be satisfactory as to your identity/residence, your child’s identity, your child’s right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom, or the source of funds you are using to pay the fees, as required require under Clause 4.184.16; or we are not satisfied with the information you have provided (if any). Instead of ending this contract, we may otherwise refuse to allow your child to attend school until the relevant satisfactory information has been provided. For example, your child may not be permitted to attend school unless and until they have a valid visa; 14.1.5 your child no longer holds an immigration status which confers a right to study in the UK; 14.1.6 you (or either of you): (a) are unable, following our request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges due under this contract; (b) repeatedly or persistently fail to pay the fees on timewhen they fall due for payment; (c) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due; (d) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order; or (e) you enter into an individual voluntary arrangement; or 14.1.6 14.1.7 you otherwise do not comply with (ie, you breach) your obligations under this contract such that we have a legal right to end the contract because of something you have done wrong or, in the Head's reasonable discretion, the School is not able to provide, or is compromised in providing, the educational services it needs to in satisfaction of its obligations under this contract.
