Common use of Out of Bounds Clause in Contracts

Out of Bounds. The following areas are out of bounds to all Employees except those having immediate business therein: Head Office Building Plastics Division Mechanics Shops Supervisor and Plant Offices First Aid Room Shipping and Receiving Areas Paper Storage The plant is out of bounds to all Employees after working hours except under special circumstances, permission having been obtained from their Department Supervisor or Production Manager. The plant is out of bounds to all persons other than regular Employees unless special permission has been granted by the Manager.
