Out of Channel/Out of Band Emissions. The FCC rules contained in 47 CFR 25.202 must be met with respect to out of channel emissions. Specifically, the mean power of emissions shall be attenuated below the mean output power of the transmitter in accordance with the following rules: 1. In any 4 kHz band, the center frequency of which is removed from the assigned edge of channel/band by more than 50% up to and including 100% of the authorized bandwidth: 25 dBc 2. In any 4 kHz band, the center frequency of which is removed from the assigned edge of channel/band by more than 100% up to and including 250% of the authorized bandwidth: 35 dBc 3. In any 4 kHz band, the center frequency of which is removed from the assigned edge of channel/band by more than 250% of the authorized bandwidth: An amount equal to 43 dB plus 10 times the logarithm to the base 10 of the transmitter power in Watxx, x.e. 43 + 10 LOG10 [P (W)] dB

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.
