FCC Rules definition

FCC Rules means the rules, regulations, orders and promulgated and published policy statements of the FCC.
FCC Rules means Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as amended at any time and from time to time, and FCC decisions issued pursuant to the adoption of such regulations.

More Definitions of FCC Rules

FCC Rules means the rules and regulations established by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act, as amended from time to time, together with all orders and public notices of the FCC.
FCC Rules means the rules and regulations established by the FCC codified in Section 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as the same may be modified or amended from time to time hereafter.
