Out-of-County Credit for Sick Leave. Members of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to transfer sick leave credit from other Florida school systems and state agencies, which are participants in any of the Florida Retirement Systems with the restriction that at least half of the cumulative leave shall be established within this school District.
