Common use of Out of Hours Coordinated Installations Clause in Contracts

Out of Hours Coordinated Installations. 9.2.4.10.1 For purposes of this Section, Qwest’s standard installation hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Installations requested outside of these hours are considered to be Out of Hours Installations. 9.2.4.10.2 CLEC may request an Out of Hours Coordinated Installation outside of Qwest’s standard installation hours. 9.2.4.10.3 To request Out of Hours Coordinated Installations, CLEC will submit an LSR designating the desired appointment time.
