Out-of-Pocket Expense Claims. All Class Members who submit a valid claim are eligible to receive reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses, if fairly traceable to the Data Incident, up to $1,500.00 per individual inclusive of the Cash Payment.

  • Administrative Expenses i. There shall be an administrative cost cap that shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contractual amount expended. Indirect costs shall be included as part of the administrative costs.

  • Allowable Costs Allowable Costs are restricted to costs that comply with the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) and applicable state and federal rules and law. The Parties agree that all the requirements of the UGMS apply to this Contract, including the criteria for Allowable Costs. Additional federal requirements apply if this Contract is funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds.
