Examples of Partnership Expenses in a sentence
Expenses of any administrative proceedings undertaken by the Tax Matters Partner shall be Partnership Expenses.
Expenses incurred by the Tax Matters Partner, in its capacity as such, will be Partnership Expenses.
Partners may be required to make Capital Contributions to the extent of their Unfunded Commitments for the payment of such Partnership Expenses to the extent the Partnership does not have sufficient funds to pay such expenses.
