Out-of-Pocket Expenses and Miscellaneous Charges. In addition to the above fees, Service Provider shall be entitled to receive payment for out-of-pocket expenses and miscellaneous charges as follows. Commencing April 1, 2014, the Client shall pay fifty percent of such expenses and charges for the first year, seventy-five percent for the second year and one hundred percent after the second year.
