Out-of-Pocket Expenses and Miscellaneous Charges. In addition to the above fees, Service Provider shall be entitled to receive payment for the following out-of-pocket expenses and miscellaneous charges upon receipt of a detailed invoice, which shall be provided to the Client in advance and the Client is given an opportunity to review and refute any single out-of-pocket expense or miscellaneous charge that the clients deems to be unreasonable:
