Common use of Out-of-Province Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

Out-of-Province Insurance Plan. i. An Out-of-Province Insurance Plan is included in the major medical benefit plan for teachers. ii. An additional optional Out-of-Province Insurance Plan will be made available to teachers individually. In order to be eligible to enrol in this Plan a teacher must also be enrolled in the Major Medical Benefit Plan provided for in Article 18.02 (a). This Plan shall be at the teacher’s expense when the teacher elects to enrol in the Plan.
