Outage Repair Standard. In the event of an outage or trouble in any service being provided by CenturyTel hereunder, Charter will follow CenturyTel’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble. In the event of an outage or trouble in any service being provided by CLEC hereunder, CenturyTel will follow CLEC’s procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.
