OUTDOOR GRILL AREAS. Resident must adhere to the rules and regulations posted in the outdoor grill areas and Owner's policies. The hours of the outdoor grill areas are . The hours of the outdoor grill areas may change with or without notice at any time. When using the outdoor grill areas, Resident understands and agrees to the following: • Resident should carefully inspect equipment prior to Resident's use and must refrain from using any equipment that may be malfunctioning or that may be damaged or dangerous. • Do not use charcoal or lighter fluid if using a gas or propane grill. Resident will be responsible for any damages that may occur. • Resident is expected to use grills based upon manufacturer's specifications. • Resident is responsible for cleaning grills after use, including any applicable racks, grates, lids, adjacent burners, grease baskets or exterior finishes. • Resident should finish grilling thirty (30) minutes prior to the closing time to allow sufficient time for grills to cool, and for proper cleanup. • Resident must immediately report to Owner any equipment that is not functioning properly, is damaged or appears dangerous, as well any other person's use that appears to be dangerous or in violation of Owner's policies.
