The Lighting Plan shall contain, but shall not be limited to, the following: (a) The location, on the building and on the premises, of each lighting device; and (b) A description of the type of proposed lighting devices, fixtures, lamps, supports, and other devices. 3.7.3 The Lighting Plan and description shall be sufficient to enable the Development Officer to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Agreement. If such the plan and description cannot enable this ready determination, by reason of the nature or configuration of the devices, fixtures or lamps proposed, the Developer shall submit evidence of compliance by certified test reports as performed by a recognized testing lab.
Outdoor Lighting. All outdoor lighting must be of an appropriate arrangement and intensity that does not unduly interfere with the adjacent land uses or interfere with the safe operation of nearby roadways and traffic control devices.
