Work Area. XXXX contractor shall ensure that the job site and surrounding area are kept reasonably free from trash and waste building material. XXXX contractor shall ensure that the job site and surrounding areas are cleaned at least daily in accordance with the Owner’s requirements. If, after receiving written notice of its failure to maintain a clean work site, XXXX contractor fails to adhere to the requirements of the Owner regarding trash removal and clean-up, the Owner may use its own or contracted personnel to clean the site and surrounding area at the XXXX contractor’s sole expense. Such amounts may be deducted from XXXX contractor’s payment.

Work Area. The Board recognizes that in order for an Employee to accomplish his/her job effectively, it is necessary for each building to have a designated work area which can be used by itinerant teachers for the purpose of preparation, grading papers, storage of materials and other functions for the practice of his/her profession. If the employee’s position requires storage of or exchange of confidential information, that employee shall have access to a secure area for this purpose. This matter shall be referred to the respective building leadership committees and, if necessary, to the Superintendent.

Design-Builder shall ensure that the job site and surrounding area are cleaned at least twice daily in accordance with the Manager’s requirements. If, after receiving written notice of its failure to maintain a clean work site, Design-Builder fails to adhere to the requirements of the Manager regarding trash removal and clean-up, the Manager may use its own personnel to clean the site and surrounding area at the Design-Builder’s sole expense. Such amounts may be deducted from Design-Builder’s payment or billed directly to the Design-Builder.
Work Area. The presence of Construction Personnel shall be restricted to those areas in which Work is being performed, unless they have prior approval. All areas outside the construction site are off limits to Construction Personnel. Failure to comply with these requirements will first result in a warning and, upon the second occurrence, removal of offending personnel from the premises for the duration of the Project.
