Common use of Outgoings, etc Clause in Contracts

Outgoings, etc. pay the rent, rates, taxes, expenses and all outgoings in respect of all and any premises wherein the Charged Assets are placed and keep the same from being distrained for rent, rates or taxes, or from being taken under any execution, and at all times on demand produce to the Security Trustee, or its authorized agent, receipts for such rent, rates and taxes; and it shall be lawful for the Security Trustee to pay and discharge all rent, rates, taxes, expenses and all outgoings which at any time during the subsistence of this Deed may be, or may become, due and payable but unpaid by the Chargor in respect of such said premises in which the Charged Assets or any part thereof, are placed for the time being, and thereupon all such payments made by the Security Trustee together with interest calculated in accordance with Condition 11.3 of the Bond Instrument shall be deemed part of the Secured Obligations and be secured thereby;
