TEACHER IN CHARGE. 21.1.1 A Member may agree to act as Teacher in Charge for a short time absence of a Principal or Vice Principal. The term of any individual Teacher in Charge is limited to nineteen (19) consecutive days and to not more than forty (40) days in a School Year.
