Outlet Locations Clause Samples
The "Outlet Locations" clause defines the specific sites or addresses where a business is permitted to operate its outlets under the agreement. It typically lists the approved locations or sets criteria for selecting new ones, and may require the other party’s consent before opening additional outlets or relocating existing ones. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of where business activities can take place, helping to prevent disputes over unauthorized expansion or location changes.
