Common use of Outplacement Assistance Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Assistance. 12.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the Executive’s Base Salary as of the effective date of termination.

Outplacement Assistance. 12.1 Following a termination of employmentthe Executive's employment as described in Sections 6.5, other than for Cause6.7, or 7.1 herein, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Effective Date effective date of Terminationtermination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to twenty fifteen percent (2015%) of the Executive’s 's Base Salary as of the effective date of termination.
