Outplacement Counselling. Ifthe termination ofemployment is pursuant to this Section 5.3(a), the Hospital will provide career outplacement counseling to a maximum cost of eight thousand dollars ($8,000).
Outplacement Counselling. 12.1 For a period of up to six (6) months from 1 September 2018, the Company will provide you with outplacement counselling services and assistance from the preferred supplier, LHH Penna, which includes a number of ‘flexible credits’ and support as explained in the leaflet available from Human Resources. Outplacement Counselling. An employee whose employment is terminated for reasons set out in sub- paragraph 23.2(a)(i) hereof shall be provided with access to outplacement counselling. Participation in outplacement counselling shall be on a voluntary basis.
