Common use of Outside Area Clause in Contracts

Outside Area. All areas and facilities within the Project, exclusive of the interior of the Building and the Adjacent Buildings, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Project, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.

Outside Area. All areas and facilities within the Project, exclusive of the interior of the Building and the Adjacent BuildingsBuilding, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants and occupants of the Project, including perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, and trash disposal facilities, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.

All areas and facilities within the Project, exclusive of the interior of the Building and any other buildings on the Adjacent BuildingsProject, provided and designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants Tenants and occupants of the Project, including, without limitation, the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, trash disposal facilities, and similar areas and facilities, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.
