Common use of Outside Area Clause in Contracts

Outside Area. All areas and facilities within the Property, exclusive of the Building, including without limitation, parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, trash disposal facilities, and similar areas and facilities, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.

Outside Area. All areas and facilities within the Property, exclusive of the BuildingBuildings, including without limitation, parking areas, access and perimeter roads, sidewalks, landscaped areas, service areas, trash disposal facilities, and similar areas and facilities, subject to the reasonable rules and regulations and changes therein from time to time promulgated by Landlord governing the use of the Outside Area.

Outside Area.
