Common use of Outside Areas Clause in Contracts

Outside Areas. No materials, supplies, tanks or containers, equipment, finished products or semi-finished products, raw materials, inoperable vehicles or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain outside of the Premises except in fully fenced and screened areas outside the Building which have been designed for such purpose and have been approved in writing by Landlord for such use by Tenant.

Outside Areas. No materials, supplies, tanks or containers, equipment, finished products or semi-finished semifinished products, raw materials, inoperable vehicles or articles of any nature shall be stored upon or permitted to remain outside of the Premises Building except in fully fenced and screened areas outside the Building which have been designed for such purpose and have been approved in writing by Landlord for such use by Tenant.

Tenant may xxxx parking spaces on the Property for its exclusive use.
