Common use of Outside Board of Directors Clause in Contracts

Outside Board of Directors. Executive will be permitted to serve on the board of directors of up to two commercial or charitable organizations, for which Executive may receive compensation, provided that such activity does not conflict with Executive's obligations to the Company, nor substantially diminish the amount of time Executive spends in the performance of his duties and responsibilities with the Company.
