Common use of OUTSIDE CAPACITY COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

OUTSIDE CAPACITY COVERAGE. Subject to the other terms and conditions applicable to this Coverage Section, Insuring Agreement A and Insuring Agreement B include coverage for Executives while serving in an Outside Capacity. Such coverage shall be specifically excess of any indemnification and insurance available from or provided by the Outside Entity in which the Executives serves in an Outside Capacity.
