Common use of Outside Department Clause in Contracts

Outside Department. If it is necessary for a Xxxxxxx or Officer to handle a grievance in a department other than the regularly assigned department, the Xxxxxxx or Officer shall report to the immediate supervisor of the aggrieved employee, the employee involved in the grievance, or the function being investigated.
