Outside Evaluator. The Board may secure the services of an outside consultant to perform evaluations of the Materials. At the discretion of the Board, the outside evaluator may conduct research or evaluation concerning the effectiveness of the Materials, Materials implementation and fidelity, or other lines of inquiry related to efficacy of the Materials. The design of any contracted third party evaluation shall be reviewed and approved by the Board, including methodology and scale of the evaluation and shall comply with all relevant Board policies as well as state and federal laws.
