Outside Funding Requirements. 13.2.11.1 If this Contract is funded in whole or in part with Federal and/or State Funds, the Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Applicable Statutes and Applicable Agreements contained in Appendix D and Appendix E. 13.2.11.2 In the event any provision set forth in Appendix D and Appendix E conflicts with any other provisions of this Contract, the provision with the greater requirements shall govern. In the event any provisions in Appendix D and Appendix E conflict with one another, the provision with the more stringent requirements shall govern.
