Common use of Outside Funding Clause in Contracts

Outside Funding. During the term of this agreement, COUNTY will seek outside funding sources to begin services that would supplement existing services such as permanent collection sites, equipment, and operational funding. If funding is obtained, the Program will, at COUNTY's discretion, proceed with development of additional programs without affecting CITY’s available funding allocation.
