Common use of Outside Furniture Clause in Contracts

Outside Furniture. Tenants shall not place or store any upholstered furniture or trash of any kind on the front porch, the roof, or in the yard at any time. Any upholstered furniture or trash of any kind that is placed or stored on the front porch, the roof, or in the yard shall be hauled away and disposed of at Tenants' expense.
