Outside Resources. Funding – before claiming undue hardship the PSAC must make use of any available outside sources of funding which may help alleviate costs associated with the removal of barriers.

Outside Resources. The Ports may hire and retain consultants, subcontractors, or other third parties to carry out the purposes of this Agreement, subject to the Ports’ respective agreement regarding costs in connection with such hiring.
Outside Resources. Outside resources from the public and private sector and other agencies may be used to provide training, guidance, and assistance in accordance with District of Columbia laws and regulations. This may include, but is not limited to instruction, lesson plan development, course and evaluation techniques, materials, and equipment. Outside Resources. In fulfilling the goals of this Agreement, it may be necessary, from time to time, to draw upon the services of various resources outside the membership of the Coordinating Committee and the Technical Subcommittees. Such Outside Resources may be needed to implement specific studies, render advice on technical issues, facilitate the cooperation of the Parties in implementing the terms of this Agreement, and conduct other functions deemed appropriate under this Agreement. Any Party may propose the use of Outside Resources to the Coordinating Committee. It is anticipated that the Parties will identify data gaps requiring further study. To avoid duplication of effort and to reduce costs, the Parties shall attempt to reach consensus on the study design, study protocols, including appropriate quality assurance/quality control standards, and selection of principal investigator.
Outside Resources. The Participating Municipalities through the Advisory Board reserve the right to hire outside consultants or consulting services to fulfil all or part of the goals and priorities outlined in the Annual Workplan. The procurement and contracting process must comply with M.G.L. c. 30B and other relevant municipal procurement statutes, thresholds, and laws. Each hired consultant will be subject to contracts and the parameters outlined within those contracts. a. The Participating Municipalities may request that the Advisory Board add or remove associated services to be delivered as part of the MPHC, and such shall take effect only until this Agreement is amended in writing and approved by the Participating Municipalities. b. The Participating Municipalities are not limited exclusively to the Grant Program and are not required to use all services of the Grant Program. Municipalities may apply for other grants outside the Collaborative. c. The Collaborative through a vote of the Advisory Board may apply for other grants, opportunities, funds, and awards for shared services on behalf of the Participating Municipalities. The Advisory Board must approve any and all grants or grant applications submitted as a Collaborative. d. The Advisory Board may appoint other Participating Municipalities to act as host agencies for these other grant opportunities and the Participating Municipalities agree that this Agreement shall be amended to account for any associated grant terms and conditions.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
