Issuer Request definition

Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Company by (i) either its Chief Executive Officer, its President or one of its Vice Presidents, and (ii) either its Corporate Secretary or one of its Assistant Corporate Secretaries or its Treasurer or one of its Assistant Treasurers, and delivered to the Purchase Contract Agent.

More Definitions of Issuer Request

Issuer Request and “Issuer Order” mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Issuers by an Authorized Officer, and delivered to the Trustee.
Issuer Request. A written order or request (which may be a standing order or request) dated and signed in the name of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer or by a Responsible Officer of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer or by the Collateral Manager by a Responsible Officer thereof, on behalf of the Issuer or the Co-Issuer.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Responsible Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
