Overage Cost. 1. Overage charges, for black and white copies made beyond the Monthly Maximum Volume, will be billed at 75% of Maintenance/Service cost per copy. 2. Overage charges will not apply to Color Copies made. 3. Payment schedule of overage charges may be negotiated between the providing vendor and the agency.
