Overages. If a class is larger than the limits established in Section B above but does not exceed thirty-three (33) students, one of the following options shall be implemented at the discretion of the Superintendent or his/her designee: (1) Removal of all non-teaching duties (i.e., recess duty or lunchroom duty); (2) Daily assistance of thirty (30) minutes per excess student per day from an educational aide; (3) Payment of a stipend at the following rate: 1-3 students -- $500.00 per student 4-7 students -- $750.00 per student
