Overall Timelines. 8.2.1 By October 1 – Evaluator shall notify all employees of the type of evaluation to be used. Employees with multiple supervisors shall also be notified who shall be their evaluator. 8.2.2 October 5 – Last day to request an alternative evaluator. 8.2.3 October 15 – the first day that any certificated employee deemed Not Satisfactory may be formally placed on Probation in accordance with statute.
