Common use of Overdraft Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Fees. There is a fee for each paid overdraft check, item, or payment transfer, as set forth in the Fee Schedule. If we do not pay the overdraft, there will be an NSF or Returned Item fee per check or item, as set forth in the Fee Schedule. There is no limit on the number of overdrafts paid or overdraft fees incurred on any one day.
