In accordance with our commitment to provide valued service and benefits, we may, at our discretion, pay your overdraft transactions that would cause your eligible checking account to have a negative balance in the account based on the account’s “available balance” at the time a transaction is posted. We refer to this service as our Courtesy Pay Service. This Courtesy Pay and Overdraft Disclosure sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Courtesy Pay Service.
