Employment Policies. The employment relationship between the parties shall also be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, including those relating to protection of confidential information and assignment of inventions, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.
Employment Policies. Executive will abide by any employment or work rules and/or policies that the Company currently has or may adopt, amend or implement from time to time during Executive’s employment.

The Recipient further agrees that its own employment policies and practices will be without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or age; and that it has an affirmative action plan (AAP) consistent with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, 29 CFR 1607, and the Affirmative Action Guidelines, 29 CFR 1608. The applicant/recipient shall provide the AAP to FMCSA for inspection or copy upon request.
Employment Policies. Deliver to Sovereign all personnel policy manuals, memoranda and postings, and all employee handbooks or other communications with employees regarding personnel policies and practices; furnish additional information as reasonably requested by Sovereign with respect to such policies and practices and any others not covered by any such written materials;
Employment Policies. The Executive shall abide by all policies and procedures of the Company in effect from time to time.
Employment Policies. Employee shall be given a copy of the employment policies which shall be deemed to be an integral part of the Agreement and by reference are incorporated herein; provided, however, that if and to the extent PPS' employment policies are contrary to or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall be controlling. Copies of said employment policies shall be available for copying and inspection from PPS during any regular business day.
Employment Policies. Executive shall be subject to QUINTEK's Employee Handbook and such other employee policies as QUINTEK may establish from time to time, which Handbook and policies are subject to revision. To the extent the Agreement differs from or contradicts QUINTEK's other employment policies, whether oral or written, this Agreement shall control.
Employment Policies. Except as specifically excepted above, this Agreement and Xxxxx’ employment thereunder shall be governed by University’s applicable policies, rules, and regulations including but not limited to University’s Board Policy Manual and University Regulations, and the applicable statutes, regulations, and policies of the State of Colorado.
Employment Policies. 17.1 The purpose of policies is to define standards and procedures to be applied to ensure compliance by all employees with legislative and organisational requirements. The parties to this Enterprise Agreement understand the value of policies in forming an important aspect of the employment relationship.
17.2 It is acknowledged by the parties that by having a number of policies annexed to this Enterprise Agreement will allow greater flexibility during the period of the agreement. The terms of the annexed policies do not form part of the terms of the Enterprise Agreement.
17.3 During the term of the Enterprise Agreement, the policies set out in annexure A may be varied or amended or a new policy introduced, after consultation between the relevant unions/s and management as defined by the Policy Change Process below. If a new policy is developed it will be annexed to this Enterprise Agreement but will not form part of the terms of this Agreement.
