Common use of Overdue account Clause in Contracts

Overdue account. In the event (i) the account sent by Videotron to the customer falls overdue or (ii) the customer fails to comply with the provisions of this agreement, Videotron may refuse to provide the customer with any additional Service or support Service pending complete payment of the overdue account and interrupt the Services in accordance with the provisions of subsection 10.6 of this agreement.
