Common use of Overdue Fees Clause in Contracts

Overdue Fees. Unpaid Fees not subject to a good faith dispute, are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower. If Tines has not received payment of any undisputed Fees within forty-five (45) days after the due date, and Tines has provided written notice to Customer that Fees are overdue, Tines may (without prejudice to any of Tines’s other rights and remedies) suspend Customer's access and disable passwords and accounts to all or part of the Paid Offerings and Tines shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of the Paid Offerings while the undisputed Fees under such invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid. Tines shall promptly restore all access to the Paid Offerings upon receipt of payment.
