Common use of Overlimit fee Clause in Contracts

Overlimit fee. If, at the end of a billing period, your Outstanding Balance exceeds your authorized Credit Limit, you will be charged an overlimit fee. This fee is added to and included in the New Balance for the billing period during which the Card Account is over the credit limit.
