Common use of Overload Rate Clause in Contracts

Overload Rate. 15.4.1. Effective July 1, 2018, or upon ratification whichever comes later, faculty will be compensated at the rate of $1400 per credit for overload pay. Effective July 1, 2019, this rate will increase to $1500 per credit. 15.4.2. Individual enrollments will be compensated at the rate of $150/credit/student
