Common use of Overloading and Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Overloading and Nuisance. Not to injure, overload, deface or otherwise harm the Premises, nor commit any nuisance, nor permit the emission of any objectionable noise, vibration or odor; nor make, allow or suffer any waste, nor make any use of the Premises which is improper, offensive or contrary to any law or ordinance or which will invalidate any of Landlord's insurance.
