Overloading Floors; Vaults. Tenant shall not overload any floor or part thereof in the Premises, or Property, including any public corridors or elevators therein bringing in or removing any large or heavy items, and Landlord may prohibit, or direct and control the location and size of, safes and all other heavy items and require at Tenant’s expense supplementary supports of such material and dimensions as Landlord may deem necessary to properly distribute the weight.
