Overrun Charges Clause Samples
Overrun Charges. In respect of each Nomination that results in an Excess Injection Rate or Excess Withdrawal Rate, the Overrun Charges shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider, and shall be calculated by adding the products of:
(a) the Injection Overrun Charge (in pounds sterling), calculated by multiplying the Injection Overrun Amount (in p/kWh) by the Excess Injection Rate (in kWh) by the number of hours of excess injection; and
(b) the Withdrawal Overrun Charge, calculated by multiplying the Withdrawal Overrun Amount (in p/kWh) by the Excess Withdrawal Rate (in kWh) by the number of hours of excess withdrawal,
Overrun Charges. In respect of each Nomination that results in Gas being injected into the Facility at an Overrun Injection Rate or (as the case may be) withdrawn from the Facility at an Overrun Withdrawal Rate, the Customer shall pay the Service Provider, an amount calculated as:
(a) the quantity which was injected as a result of the Overrun Injection Rate (in kWh) multiplied by the Injection Overrun Charge Rate (in ▇▇▇▇▇ per kWh); and
(b) the quantity which was withdrawn as a result of the Overrun Withdrawal Rate (in kWh) multiplied by the Withdrawal Overrun Charge Rate (in ▇▇▇▇▇ per kWh)
Overrun Charges. In respect of each Nomination that results in an Excess Injection Rate or Excess Withdrawal Rate, the Overrun Charges shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider, and shall be calculated by adding the products of:

Overrun Charges. (together “Charges”) each calculated in accordance with this Agreement.
Overrun Charges. If and to the extent that NEXUS is subject to any overrun charges under Section 9.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Vector Canada Tariff as a result of the provision of the Capacity Usage Service hereunder, Customer shall upon invoice from NEXUS promptly reimburse NEXUS for such charges in full.
Overrun Charges. All overrun charges, if applicable, incurred by any of the SMPs listed in the agreement during the supply period will be charged on to the customer.
Overrun Charges. (a) Shipper must pay to APA each Month during the Term the Overrun Charge in respect of all Overrun Quantities delivered in that Month.
(b) Shipper is not liable to pay the Overrun Charge in respect of a Day to the extent that, without the prior written approval of Shipper, APA (other than in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement) solely causes the delivery of Overrun Quantities on that Day.
