OVERSIGHT AUTHORITY. The Institute shall have broad oversight authority over the School pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 22-30.5-503(5), 505 and 507(2), and the State Board of Education (the “State Board”) shall also have general supervision of the School pursuant to C.R.S. § 22-30.5-503(6). The School shall be accountable to the Institute and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws, regulations of the State Board and the Colorado Department of Education, and Institute policies and regulations unless specifically waived.
